- Equipment including sticks and balls, and loaner goalie equipment if needed (If you want shin guards or gloves you will need to provide your own)
- One hour on the court each week
- An open gender league so anyone can play on the court in any ratio
- All of the details to be taken care of - you just need to show up!

This league is ideal for players who like to play positionally, want a three-touch game against a challenging opponent, but are still playing with a totally-for-fun spirit and attitude.
