Wondering what you need to play?
In general, your TimeOut Game Host will supply the basic equipment required for the sport. This includes balls, nets, cones, flags (flag football), bases (softball), etc. We recommend bringing an extra ball or disc to warm up with before the game. Please see below for details for your particular sport:

All Sorts of Sports
- Equipment Provided by TimeOut: We provide all the necessary equipment for each sport you play! All you need is athletic shoes!
Basketball
- Equipment Provided by TimeOut: Game ball, nets, scoreboard and timer
- Required Player Equipment: Clean non-marking indoor athletic shoes, both light and dark shirt (or team jersey/colour)
- Optional Player Equipment: Practice ball(s)
- Notes: Basketball shoes are recommended but not required – any indoor athletic shoe is fine!

Dodgeball
- Equipment Provided by TimeOut: Game balls, scoreboard
- Required Player Equipment: Clean non-marking indoor athletic shoes
- Optional Player Equipment: N/A
- Notes: Only TimeOut balls are to be used. It is recommended to remove all jewelry/rings before playing
Floor Hockey
- Equipment Provided by TimeOut: Game ball, floor hockey sticks, nets, goalie equipment (stick, trapper, blocker and pads)
- Required Player Equipment: Clean non-marking indoor athletic shoes
- Optional Player Equipment: Both light and dark shirt (or team jersey/colour)
- Notes: Goalies are welcome to bring their own equipment. Please ensure it adheres to our rules and is junior size, maximum 24” pads. Chest protectors are NOT provided by TimeOut, but recommended for goalie protection. Chest protectors must be worn tightly and securely, with no extra padding at the back or sides. It cannot extend to the arms. No other equipment (i.e. shoulder pads, hockey pants) is permitted. Players are required to use TimeOut sticks.
Pickleball League (INT/REC)
- Equipment Provided by TimeOut: Nets, balls
- Required Player Equipment: Personal paddle, clean non-marking indoor athletic shoes (if indoor)
- Optional Player Equipment: Practice ball(s)
Volleyball - Court (INT/REC)
- Equipment Provided by TimeOut: Game ball, nets, scoreboard
- Required Player Equipment: Clean non-marking indoor athletic shoes
- Optional Player Equipment: Kneepads, practice ball(s)
- Notes: It is recommended to remove all jewelry/rings before playing
