Purchase a gift card for a friend or loved one in the amount indicated.
You 'register' with your personal information, and then there will be questions at the end to identify who the card is for.
You can indicate how you want the gift card to arrive at the end of the registration.
To complete the process, remove the app from your Facebook settings.
